Our in house NEC4 Accredited Supervisor services are delivered by experienced Building Surveyors with expertise in quality inspections and building pathology. We ensure that critical inspection services are sequenced, coordinated, undertaken and recorded with the highest levels of accuracies to assure our clients that their buildings are constructed to the design and quality standards specified and expected.

Through close collaboration with the Principal Contractor we make sure that we are sequenced for inspections at critical build stages and coordinate seamlessly with Building Control inspections to provide a coordinated and efficient quality monitoring and reporting throughout the commission. We work methodically to identify risks, defects, material or workmanship inconsistencies to make sure that high quality builds are constructed. We will work closely with our clients to coordinate witness testing, commissioning and warranties and certifications are correctly implemented, completed and retained to safeguard our clients investment.
