We have worked on a number of projects to WELL and BREEAM standards and utilise this experience to advise our clients of solutions and environmental optimisation of their commissions. We vigorously appraise all of our supply chain to ensure the company and individuals have the knowledge, experience and competency to undertake the service in which they are appointed and that they are aligned to our core values and ethical, health and safety and environmental standards. In addition we undertake finical checks and health and safety competency checks to ensure the commercial viability of the appointment to ensure that our commitments and quality standards are maintained. We strive to be at the forefront of industry developments and practices through are active involvement within the sectors in which we work. We understand the importance of intelligence, digital advancements and robotic enhancements and have worked extensively with drone mapping, drone surveys, matterport 3D modelling, virtual reality modelling, and technology led data capture and management systems. We are members of the RICS Yorkshire and Humber prop-tech group and actively seek and explore new innovations of both materials, modern methods of construction, products and technology to ensure we offer our clients the most up to date, practical and dynamic solutions and systems. We have developed our own in house digital management tools to enable geo tagging of defects and site issues, asset data and power bi reports to ensure data Is not just captured but is usable, live and up to date. We are also engaged in a number of digital twin appointments within the UK. We can support our clients in adapting to these emerging technologies and maximising their benefits, quality and efficiencies.
