Providing Health and Safety Audit services for Contractors and Clients for Military, Local Authorities, Commercial, Education, Health and Private Developers. Our extensive multidisciplinary experience in Design, Construction and Health and Safety enables us to identify key risk activities from quality, performance and Health and Safety of operatives. We have developed our own in house audit system to make sure that Contractors are maintaining their duties under the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2015, that is tailored to the specific project, work activities and risk profiles of your project.

Generic forms may cover key statutory compliance, but each project has its own unique set of complexities whether consistency of materials, site constraints, access, build form and material selection that needs to be carefully considered to ensure all RAMS, equipment, access, temporary works, structural and deleterious materials are identified and mitigated and managed to reduce contractor and project risk. We will also work closely with the principal designer to make sure that key health and safety documentation is collated throughout the development process to make sure that it is readily available for any statutory authority and to make sure it is suitably prepared and executed prior to completion and formalising for the Health and Safety File.
