Our Chartered Building Surveyors fully immerse themselves within the client’s organisation from the outset of a commission to understand their goals, objectives and governance structures, so that they are fully informed to act on behalf of the employer on all matters, or to appoint others to act for them on certain aspects of the contract and to advise the client on their contractual and legal duties. Working seamlessly with our clients we will undertake statutory and contract applications, consents, instructions, notices, statements and requests, and ensure they are promptly acted upon to provide the highest contractual, quality and cost control.

We believe in establishing responsive targets and standards for all communications to ensure that all parties have control and up to date programme, progress, cost, health and safety, environmental and design information. Our team will foster an aligned and partnered approach with the design team and the contractor to provide a healthy, positive aligned approach to project delivery that is fully coordinated and safe guards all parties to maximise the quality of the services and developments undertaken.
