We are experienced in delivering contracts under NEC, JCT and bespoke forms of contract on a traditional or Design and Build contract form. We make sure that back to back subcontractor agreements are placed with all our suppliers to provide a robust aligned service team. Our extensive experience in providing Health and Safety and Principal Designer professional services enables us to take a proactive approach to Building Control sign off and compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and Construction Design and management Regulations 2015 ensuring high quality buildings are constructed to Building Regulations safely.
