Our Construction Design and Management Principal designers have both Health and Safety and Designer experience. Ou knowledge of the Construction Design and Management Regulations and vast experience of delivering the role of Principal Designer under these regulations has enabled us to establish a robust set of processes and procedures to identify , plan and manage health and safety in the design, construction operation, maintenance and disposal of built assets. We work collaboratively with the designers to promote safe design, considered material and size selection and buildability.
We help identify existing risks and health and safety hazardous and strategies risk management solutions. We work closely with the Principal Contractor and subcontractors to ensure design changes are correctly managed and considered, and to ensure health and safety information is assimilated throughout the design process to ensure a completed Health and Safety file with the required certification and warranties is provided at handover.
